I was born in Sacramento, California. I attended Rio Linda elementary and graduated from Rio Linda High School. My interest in motorsports began at the early age of ten years old. At this age I attended sprint car races throughout California and knew this is what I wanted to do in life.

At the age of 17 I joined a local race team to learn and work on sprint cars. At the age of 26 I was able to get in the drivers seat for the first time. My passion for the sport is stronger than the day I started. I'm very fortunate for the help and friends I've meet along the way. When I'm not racing I love to hang out with my son Cole, play golf, snowboard, hang out with friends and my dogs.

Willie Croft Racing is a a premier motorsports team that travels along the West Coast competing with various sanctioning bodies. In 2015 WCR plans to again chase the King of the West Series as they travel throughout California, Oregon, Washington, and Nevada. Croft also has plans to compete in prestigious 360ci events including the Trophy Cup,Lucas Oil ASCS National events out West, California Civil War Series, as well as ASCS regional events.

WCR has followed the King of the West Series the past few seasons, recording feature event wins each year. and tallied numerous top-five finishes, and numerous fast time awards, Willie is one of the best qualifers in the series and won the 2012 "KWS Quicker Timer Award".
